NO DAY$ OFF Sports Academy was born from a desire to create the opportunities Founder Roy Harris wished more young athletes had access to growing up—opportunities to develop their skills, gain exposure, build meaningful relationships with mentors, and discover possibilities beyond the game.

For Roy, football has always been about more than what happens on the field. He envisioned a program where young athletes could compete and grow in a safe, family-oriented environment while being challenged to think about their future—whether that future includes football, another career path, or becoming a leader within their own community.

7v7 football became an important part of that vision. Its competitive format gives athletes more opportunities to learn the game, develop position-specific skills, and compete at a high level while reducing some of the physical contact associated with traditional tackle football.

And the name NO DAY$ OFF represents more than a work ethic. It reflects a mindset: always looking for the next opportunity to learn, improve, lead, and move forward.
